Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING & HANDLING (S&H) CHARGES
Once you have placed items in your shopping cart and before you finalize your purchase, you will be able to choose your preferred method of delivery and the total cost of S&H will be shown. The S&H cost is calculated and based on the actual weight of your combined order. Please remember that certain items we sell, such as our “Collections” and “Boxsets,” contain multiple DVD discs and sometimes multiple DVD cases, which will increase the overall weight of that item.
Our preferred carriers are United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders shipped to a Post Office Box will be sent by USPS only.
Our goal is to ship all in-stock orders within 2 business days, excluding national holidays. Transit time to your location must then be added based on the method of shipment. The average delivery time is based on order volume and distance from Tulsa, Oklahoma. Business days are Monday through Friday.
All prices, taxes, and shipping & handling charges are subject to change without notice. VCI is not responsible for typographical errors. All offers are void where prohibited by law.
VCI RETURN POLICY FOR WEB CUSTOMERS:
MANUFACTURING DEFECTS: For manufacturing defects, such as broken case, no sound, no picture, pixilation, etc.: (does not include abuse or mishandling of product).
If the product was purchased from VCI, it will be replaced at no charge. VCI will ship a replacement of the same title or the damaged part (in the case of a multi-part product) at no cost to the customer. Shipping will be via USPS Media Rate.
If product was purchased from a 3rd Party Vendor (such as a Video Retailer, Mail-order Company or Internet Company) then customer should attempt to return the product to the place it was purchased for a credit or replacement. If unable to resolve with 3rd Party Vendor, defective product may be returned to VCI (at customer’s expense); a copy of the purchase receipt may be required. VCI will then ship a replacement of the same title or damaged part with shipping costs paid by the customer.
RETURNS: (non-defective items)
If product is purchased from VCI and customer wants a refund, customer must first return the item to VCI at customer’s expense. VCI will refund the cost of the product minus all shipping fees. If product has been opened a restocking fee of 25% would be applied.
VCI MISSHIP – When VCI ships the wrong item.
Upon notification of a mis-shipment, VCI will immediately ship the correct item to the customer at no charge. A shipping label may be sent for return of mis-shipped item(s), at expense to VCI.
MIS-SHIP / WRONG ITEM ORDERED:
Customer must return the item in good condition and in its original package (customer pays the shipping charges). When returned merchandise is received, VCI will issue a credit for the price of the product only (not the original shipping charges). VCI will then ship the correct item to the customer and will charge the customer for the cost of the new item and additional shipping and handling charges. Credit Card information for the replacement fees will need to be provided by the customer.
All issues are resolved on a case by case basis via phone or email.
