QUESTIONS ABOUT AN ORDER

Our staff will try to answer all E-Mail inquiries within 48 hours and sooner if possible. Our staff is available Monday thru Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. CST at 1-800-331-4077 (callers within the continental U.S.) All other callers please use 918-254-6337. Sorry, we cannot accept collect calls. Our fax number is 918-254-6117.

DELIVERY TIMES

Our goal is to ship all in-stock orders within 2 business days, excluding national holidays. Transit time to your location must then be added based on the method of shipment (see the shipping & returns link).

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS/BACK-ORDERS

If we are temporarily out of stock on an item, we will inform you as to availability within 10 working days. In some cases, we will ship a partial order and will back-order some out-of-stock items. The back-order will be shipped as soon as it is available. You will not be charged additional shipping & handling on back-orders.

SALES TAX FOR OKLAHOMA RESIDENTS:

Please be sure to add 8.517% sales tax to your order.

SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE OF THE USA

When a shipment is made to countries other than the U.S., payment may be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover), or by International Money Order (U.S. Funds only). Canadian customers, be sure your rate of exchange is correct. Please include per item additional postage plus base shipping charge (see above). We cannot guarantee safe delivery on foreign shipments. Customer is responsible for all tariffs imposed by importing country. ALL DVDs AVAILABLE IN NTSC / REGION 0 (ALL REGIONS) UNLESS NOTED AS REGION 1.

OUR GUARANTEE / DEFECTIVE RETURNS

Though some films will vary in overall image and sound quality due to the age of the film or the condition of the available pre-print/master, all DVDs are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects. We will replace any item that is found to be defective at no charge.

If you should receive a DVD that is defective or improperly manufactured, return it to us with a copy of the invoice and an explanation of the defect within 30 days of receipt and it will be replaced with a new copy of the same title.

WILL YOUR DVD PLAY ON MY DVD PLAYER? (REGION CODES)

VCI's programs are available on NTSC formats only. Most VCI DVDs are Region 0 or “All Regions” unless specifically noted as Region 1. Region 0 DVDs are designed to play on any multi-region DVD player throughout the world.

VCI MOVIES ARE COPYRIGHTED

All VCI programs are licensed for home use only. “Public Performance” is prohibited. “Broadcast” in any form, i.e. via over-the-air, cable, satellite and/or closed-circuit is prohibited. Duplication, in part or in whole, is prohibited. VCI DVD programs are protected by United States of America and International Copyright Laws and any violation will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
