Norman Wisdom’s immense popularity stems from his hilarious portrayal of the little guy who always seems to win out in the end. The cloth-capped bumbler is one of the great creations of British Comedy.

Norman (Norman Wisdom) is a filing clerk in Whitehall, who spends most of his time swooning over pictures of his favorite film star. When he accompanies some diplomats to Geneva, he succeeds in creating a large amount of chaos. After knocking out one of the delegates, he is to take his place.
